THE DELIVERY FEE FOR ORDERS UNDER $150 IS A FLAT FEE OF $8.00.  ALL ORDERS OVER $150 ARE FREE DELIVERY

Deliveries will take place between 8 am – 4 pm daily. Unless arranged otherwise all orders will be delivered within that time frame and placed on the customer’s doorstep with a confirmation email or text message upon successful delivery.

We happily deliver to all post codes across Victoria.

Orders after 4 pm the day prior will be unable to be delivered in that delivery schedule. They will subsequently be delivered on the next consecutive delivery scheduled day for that council area.

All customers living in gated or restricted housing, or high-rise buildings/apartment complexes must ensure that details are provided so delivery drivers can successfully deliver orders in a timely fashion. As per our terms of conditions and delivery policy If deliveries are unable to be made through lack of sufficient instructions or information then an additional delivery fee may be charged to the customer regardless of the initial purchase price. Exclusive Appetite Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine the outcome of additional costs or whether they will be waived.

You are not required to be home for delivery. Our weather-resistant packaging can ensure the correct temperature of food items for up to four (4) hours. All meals will need to be refrigerated or placed back in the freezer.

As per our terms and conditions, you as the consumer enter into an agreement, whereby accepting all responsibility for food items and ensuring they are correctly stored once delivery has been completed. Exclusive Appetite Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for meals once successful delivery has been made, as per our terms and conditions.
