Statistics show that as the years go on incomes have risen, but so too has the cost of living. So for this reason, now we have to work or do more to achieve our financial freedoms and quality of life. Time has become more valuable and to quote the old saying, “Time is Money”; this could not be more true in today’s age.

We are working harder, earning more but we are sleeping less, eating lesser healthy and nutritional meals, all to be more productive during the working week.

The market is saturated with low-quality easy convenient foods. These are sometimes foods. The foods that we produce can be used for a healthy, nutritional well-balanced diet.

We hear so often of people ordering takeaway foods nightly because they can’t be bothered going shopping for food or cooking. This is a result of the busy working days we are now all labouring to get through. Our work demands are affecting the way we live the rest of our lives. Regardless of the career, you chose; being an office worker, tradie, business type, corporate worker, sportsperson, military, or a worker from home, our meals will accommodate your needs.

Here at Exclusive appetite, we are trying to buck the trend of people wasting good money on below-average food. Our meal diets are important, our sleep is important, our work-home life is ultra important and so are our social lives. These are all areas where we need to have a well-balanced lifestyle to achieve a sense of happiness and fulfillment. Whilst we can’t aid in your work performance, home life or social life. What we can do is increase your daily nutritional needs and give you some well-deserved time back to do with as you please. This will in turn aid in less stress throughout the day having to worry about what you are going to have for lunch or dinner, and, subsequently give you more time to relax after the busy working day. We are no experts but hopefully, this would affect your sleeping patterns more positively also.

Coming from a military background and working with a large number of high quality chefs throughout my career the saying “an army marches on its stomach” could not be truer. This is in reference to the war times of WW1 and WW2. To put this into perspective in today’s workforce, I believe we would be more productive throughout the day on a full and nutrient-rich stomach instead of eating the sub-par meals that are readily available as convenience meals.

Start to turn your trend if this sounds like you. Get in contact, your meals are here waiting.
