Our meals are snap frozen in high grade Microwave and Freezer safe containers that can last for more than (six) 6 months when frozen and stored correctly.

Our suppliers and wholesalers source products that are Halal certified. Some of our meals contain Pork and Pork products such as Bacon, Shortenings, Stocks, and Gelatines. Please read the list of food items in meals to be sure of Halal certification. Or alternatively, contact us to find out more.

We deliver between 8am – 4pm each weekday and the meals are placed at your front door. They are delivered in weatherproof packaging which will maintain correct temperature for up to four (4) hours. There is no requirement for you to be at home or awake. Meals will be required to be stored correctly within that four (4) our time frame.
As per our terms and conditions Exclusive Appetite Pty Ltd assume no responsibility after successful delivery has been made.
The meals are wrapped in weatherproof insulated foil bags with ice packs to keep their temperature stable and then boxed up and delivered in a food-safe vehicle to your door. Orders have been tested and are safe to remain in initial delivery packaging for up to four (4) hours. Meals must be refrigerated or frozen in this time frame.
Unfortunately, due to our licencing and transport structure we do not allow customers to pick up orders.
For all purchases over $150 delivery isFREE. For purchases under $149.99 there is a flat delivery fee of $8.00 per delivery.
If your order is purchased and cancelled in writing prior to 4 pm the following day prior to delivery; then yes of course your order can be cancelled. If your order is not cancelled prior to this time, then unfortunately it cannot be cancelled as it would already be packaged in preparation for delivery.
Your order will need to be cancelled in writing. You can call us to cancel immediately, however, this will need to be followed up in writing for our consumer policy and tracking procedures.
‘Exclusive Appetite’ does not have any lock in contracts, subscriptions, or ongoing payments. We are a pay per order service. ‘Fuss Free’ menu options will need to be paid prior to delivery. These are on a case-by-case basis.
Our meals are best defrosted 24 hours prior to consumption and heated in the microwave. From thawed our meals take approximately two (2) minutes to heat. From frozen our meals take six (6) minutes to heat, however we highly recommend they are defrosted first.
Absolutely not. We will do this for you. All you will need to do is heat and eat.
If you are ordering soups, then our meals can be heated in a pot on the stove. If you are ordering other choices, then unfortunately they will need to be heated in a microwave.
If you are in an area which is secure, then you would need to provide us with an entrance, pin code or meet us for collection. This is not a problem; however, we would be disappointed to hear your order didn’t get to its intended target. Simply email us and we can organise a plan for delivery. Thorough details will need to be provided to get to your front door prior to day of delivery as our distribution schedule is extensive.

Of course, there are cheaper meal options out there with better known ready-made meal companies. Our insulated foil bags and ice packs are reusable, and if you leave them on your front door step the night prior to your next order delivery we will collect them, instead of them being recycled.
As for the box and other contents; this can be disposed of thoughtfully in the recycle bin or compost.

Yes absolutely. From paddock to plate over 95% of our wastage at ‘Exclusive appetite’ is compostable, recyclable or biodegradable. This is one of our big focuses; to ensure that our footprint is not a negative one on the environment.
You can pay for your order by proceeding through the cart and checkout or you can place an order via email and pay over the phone. Alternatively, you can order over the phone and pay at the same time.
At times we will accept cash on delivery (COD), however, this will be on a case-by-case basis.
We have different sizes boxes and foil bags to accommodate for all sized orders. Regardless of the size of order all boxes will be weather proofed accordingly.
Yes, guaranteed. All the items that are ordered will be delivered in the same delivery. We are only human, if we make a mistake, let us know and we will get it to you ASAP.
The fuss free menu is designed for people wanting variety in their meals, for people who are not as fond of selection, for those who want a structured menu or for the busy bee who simply doesn’t have the time to read menu items and choose from our large variety. Problem solved, let us do this for you.
The fuss free menu option is generally used for people who require meals for 5 days per week. This allows us to get through a full rotation of meals on the menu in the period of a month. This option is not available for selections of less than 4 meals per week. This order can be used for Lunch or Dinner or a combination of both meals. Let us know in a brief email what you need, and we will take care of the rest.
The way it works is simply get in contact with us with how many meals per day, per week and also what size you would like. Let us know what foods you really don’t like, or are allergic to and our chef’s will then select a custom menu for you, on a 4-week rotation.
We will deliver these meals weekly on our next designated day of distribution in your council area. Orders will be required to be paid for prior to delivery. this can be simply completed over the phone. This will ensure meals are paid for well before distribution.
There is no lock in contract with our ‘Fuss Free’ menu. If you decide to not continue after only one week, for example, this is more than fine. Just give us a little notice so we don’t start you following weeks order.

Unlike any other ready-made meals company, our menu is ever changing along with its quarterly seasonal menu rotation. We have our standard ‘All Year Round’ menu options to choose from along with our extensive ‘Seasonal’ menu options.
Further to this, we will also add new meal choices as specials, competitions and advertising campaigns.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific meal changes. If there is something in the meal that you are or were not a lover of, we would love to hear your feedback.

Our meals are healthy and nutritious and can accommodate for people will most medically diagnosed issues from high blood sugar, diabetes, cholesterol concerns and many more. Nope. Not at all. Our meals are tasty enough. All our ingredients are fresh and from reputable local businesses that supply only the highest quality ingredients.
All our meals have been specifically made and measured to incorporate daily intakes for the average sized person. ‘Exclusive Appetite’ chefs have planned our meals using evidence based and experience-based tools, knowledge, and trials. When combined with a healthy lifestyle our meals are healthy and nutritious enough to achieve your weight loss goals, however, we do not advertise, promote or portray our business as weight loss meals.
All our meals are low in fat, low in sugar and we use only the freshest of ingredients from the Mornington Peninsula. Please consult your GP or dietician prior to consuming our meals if you are after weight loss to see if our meals are right for you.
We encourage breastfeeding or pregnant mothers to consume a nutritious and healthy diet along with living an active lifestyle. ‘Exclusive Appetite’ meals can provide the necessary daily intake of nutrition that you require while feeding for you or two. However, in saying this, we recommend you speak to your General Practitioner prior to ordering with ‘Exclusive Appetite’ to see if our meals are right for you.
